Response Membership is a customized emergency medical support program developed by ASKETI Risks. It includes coverage for medical bill payment, medical evacuation, repatriation, and crisis response. Designed to exceed the limitations of most insurance policies, it offers Members exclusive access to specialized services and local response capabilities—at an affordable daily rate per person.

Membership is open to individuals of all nationalities*, including In-Country Nationals (ICNs) residing in the country.

*Membership is not available to citizens of Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, or Belarus who also reside in those respective countries.

All applicants, as with standard insurance practices, must undergo a Sanctions Check.

You should contact the Emergency Response team using the phone number or email listed on your Certificate of Membership as soon as reasonably possible. Before traveling, ensure a colleague or travel companion has a copy of your Certificate. In case you are incapacitated, they can contact us on your behalf.

Once your Membership is verified by our Response Team, we will confirm your location and gather as much information as possible regarding your situation. Our teams are available 24/7 to provide medical and crisis support, including the deployment of Response Teams to evacuate you to a medical facility (if needed) and/or out of your location, depending on the circumstances.

Unfortunately yes. Global Membership is not available if you are 70-years old or older.

It is recommended that you contact the Emergency Response team using the phone number or email provided on your Certificate of Membership as soon as possible. Our Response Consultants are available 24/7 to offer immediate guidance and, if necessary, deploy a Response Team to evacuate you.

Membership can be held for up to one year. That said, for those on longer deployments, we suggest securing it in 30-day blocks to allow for greater flexibility should your travel plans shift. Should you need additional coverage, you can top up your Membership at any time online—even while already in Ukraine.

Response Membership offers cost-effective access to emergency medical support services—including evacuation, hospital bill settlement, and repatriation—in cases of severe medical crises arising from conflict, terrorism, accidents, or critical illness.

Please note: if your condition is linked to a known pre-existing medical issue, coverage under the indemnified benefits will not apply. However, you won’t be left without support—our team will still coordinate and deliver assistance, but any associated costs will be your responsibility.

Absolutely. Your organisation can acquire as many Response Memberships as needed—there are no restrictions on quantity.
