Since the invasion of Ukraine, considerable work has been undertaken by various organisations to enable a number of multinational corporations, international NGOs and foreign governments to safely (re)enter Ukraine and (re)establish operations.

identified Exclusion Zone(s).

  • Response Membership is a bespoke emergency medical bill payment, medical evacuation, medical repatriation and crisis response programme, tailored by ASKETI Risks, and provides Members with exclusive access to services, and on-the-ground capabilities to respond, beyond the limitations of most insurance policies, at an affordable price per person, per day.

    Membership is available to all nationalities*, including In-Country Nationals (ICNs) of Ukraine.

    * Membership is not available to citizens of Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia & Belarus, who also reside within either Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia & Belarus.

    As with Insurance, all Members are subject to a Sanctions Check.

  • You are advised to call or email the Emergency Response contact details on your Certificate of Membership as soon as is practically possible. Prior to travel, ensure a colleague or travel companion has a copy of your Certificate, in the event you are incapacitated, they can call on your behalf.

    Once your Membership has been validated by our Response Team, we will confirm your location, and ask for as many details as possible about the reason you are calling. Our Teams are available 24/7 to provide medical and crisis advisory services, which include dispatching Response Teams to evacuate you to a medical facility (where applicable), and/or out of Ukraine (if required).

  • Unfortunately yes, by request of our Underwriters, Response Membership in Ukraine is not available if you are 70-years old older.

  • You are advised to call or email the Emergency Response contact details on your Certificate of Membership as soon as is practically possible. Our Response Consultants are on standby 24/7 to provide immediate advice, and if required, to deploy a Response Team to evacuate you.

  • No. Membership is available for 365 days. However, for long assignments, we advise Members to purchase 30-days at a time, as plans do change. If you require Membership for longer, you can simply purchase more days online for the relevant dates, even if you are already in Ukraine.

  • Response Membership is designed to provide an affordable medical evacuation, medical bill payment, and medical repatriation service in the event of a serious medical emergency, as a result of war & terrorism, accident or serious illness.

    If your injury or illness is in any way related to your pre-existing medical condition, you will not be eligible for indemnified services. That does not mean we will abandon you. Our services will still be available to you, but rather than being indemnified by Underwriters, the cost for services will be payable to us by you.

  • Yes, there is no limit to the amount of Response Memberships your organisation can purchase.
